Returns

Refunds

Exchanges (Defective Items Only)

We only offer replacements in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
